Tracking: Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent automatically to your email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs and Duties: Please note that international orders may occasionally be subject to local import customs duties or taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns: You have 14 days from the date you receive your package to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item, and we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement right away.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
